Starting a brand new business can be daunting for sure. When I first started my path down the entrepreneurial journey way back in 2008, I tried to do all the things at once. The perfect business name, the perfect logo, the perfect everything.
If you suffer from perfectionism (like I do), then you will quickly find yourself going down rabbit holes. You start to try and become an expert at everything. You start taking course after course. Before you know it, your business is not progressing because you’re spending so much time setting it up instead of actually doing the work you started out wanting to do. Sound familiar?
I’ll admit that I fell into this trap several times along the way. I think a lot of entrepreneurs have this I-can-do-it-by-myself mentality and it can be a blessing and a curse.
When it came to building a website, I tried everything. I built blogs, used free websites, and everything in between. It can be easy to overcomplicate and time consuming to figure out. A few years ago, when I opened my Work At Home Mom Academy, I sought out a different solution. I searched for support, professional guidance, and a super cute feminine aesthetic. I found all of this and more with Bluchic designs.
They helped me design not one but two websites (check out my mystery author site at KerriNelson.com as well) that have served me in not only looking the part but in creating success, credibility, conversions, and niche authority when it comes to attracting my target audience. From Bluchic, I’ve bought both of my themes and had them custom install both for me. Their customer service is outstanding and their designs are beyond gorgeous.
They are kind, courteous, professional, patient, and best of all…quick! I love my websites and they are easy to maintain. My advice after nearly 16 years as a solopreneur is to let go of the searching and just hire Bluchic to simplify the process.

Now, back to doing the actual work that I set out to do…helping my amazing clients!
